MARIA die RUHE is anything but silent.

Her sound is bold, wild and bursting with energy – controlled chaos. Her live sets fuse chameleon-like live vocals with synths, piano and drums as she bends genres to her will: from house, indie dance and melodic to dark disco and techno – nothing is off limits. It hits hard, shifts fast and pulls you into a space where losing control feels right.

Sensitive, cheeky, raw – dark and light – her voice cuts deep and speaks straight to the heart.

Unfiltered, high-energy and impossible to pin down, she doesn’t play for the crowd – she pulls them into her world. The result: sweat, connection, release.

Backed by Radio Eins, Fritz, Clash, Glamglare NYC, Metal Magazine and Notion, and remixed by Matthew Herbert and Moonbootica, she’s carving her own lane.

From Berlin’s underground (Kater Blau, Sisyphos) to global stages like Fusion Festival, South Africa, Brazil and San Francisco – she leaves a mark.

Her debut album ENARCHY (2023) says it all: no rules, just instinct.

Born and raised in Thuringia, Germany, the journey took me via Berlin and San Francisco to the city where I feel at my best expression nowadays: Leipzig. These places allowed me to study jazz voice and helped to build a strong musical foundation in terms of voice, perfomance art and electronic music production.

As an energetic and unapologetic person, I convert these qualities into my performances that cannot be associated with just one genre. They span from house, over melodic techno to classic techno with pop-elements.

I form an intimate interplay with the audience directly. we are one.

I toured a host of countries with my live set and played festivals and clubs across the globe -

from the free spirited and life affirming Kater Blau in Berlin to fusion festival and timeless in south africa to astonishing Amazon club in Brazil.

I transform the challenges into art - during the dark pandemic i formed my debut album “ENARCHY”. released in February 2023on my label “Reduced to the Root”.
